- We do not accept refund requests, only for exchange.
- we only accept defective, wrong items/size for exchange and should be within 7 days when product delivered.
- Contact our customer service via mail(email@example.com) with (a) your order number, (b) desired items to exchange and (c) the exchange reason with images proof, to get an authorization to exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we received the items.
- All items must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging.
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for any extra charges including tax and process fee.
